LESS American flagged leggings or pants (WHY?...PLEASE STOP WEARING THEM)
MORE confident people (YES PLEASE!) especially my ladies!
LESS people who will use the term '' I'm doing me" -----------> like really? it's 2014
Seeing MORE dudes who wear Chino pants and leaving the baggy jeans behind that stop to their knees why even wear pants? ( I am not hating, but Chino pants do look better)
MORE independent people. YES PLEASE!
LESS Tumblr pictures that will tell me to ''just smile'' or something ( I HATE them but if you like them...uhm okay )

2014= STYLE IS WITHIN YOU
I see a lot of people trying to copy celebrities or their friends fashion sense or style.
WHY?
Because they believe if they look like twins or dress the same they will look the SAME
Well.. let me tell you
It's most likely not going to happen..
Don't do that to yourself, your style is WITHIN you. You can use someones fashion sense as GUIDANCE but not totally wanting to be their clone. I write this because I see lookalikes EVERYWHERE ,it's sad that people cant define or "find" their OWN STYLE but they see a need to copy others.
Buying the exact same blazer as Bonang or Kelly Clarkson will not make you look like her or buying that skirt your friend has might not flatter your body like it flatters hers or buying that expensive outfit your "brother from another mother" (Guys call each other that, right? LOL well I'm not sure ) has will not help you score the same girls (Hope that shows you, only YOU can find what is suitable for YOU )
Rather buy something that will scream your name, something that will show who you are ! (might sound cheesy but it's true )
DON'T lose yourself in someones style.
After reading this I hope some of you will stop trying to look like other people :)
Let's make this year about YOUR personal style,
REMEMBER: Trends come and go but style is FOREVER!

2013 is nearly over. I just want to review on what has happened over the year
I grew older
I got my twitter account @Fbtbeyond _Fashion Beyond trends
My dreams of getting my name known were not only just a visison but a goal ..

Colour blocking become abit crazy,with people walking around like rainbows. Hope 2014 kills this trend (As in throw it away)
TWERKERS BROUGHT BACK EM LEGGINGS!
how? well...leggings were already in style but with girls twerking in them everyone wanted to own a pair (how trends start)
Everyone were caught with the Aztec fever
leggings, shorts, shirts etc I wont lie it caught me too!
High Low skirts and dresses were also in
I personally didn't like them because I believe they are made for specific people with certain body shapes like not EVERYONE pulled it off quiet well
CELEBS who killed the Fashion game this year
Solange (African prints etc)
Bonang as always... especially at the Durban July with that BRIGHT YELLOW
Minnie Dlamini well.. yeah
Nomzamo Mbatha her body_game is an absolute YES!
Pearl Thusi like hell yeah!
Rihanna with her ever changing style which inspires many
